well merboy, the "lousy to date" male dog humps table legs. That's why table cloths were brought into fashion in Victorian times because table legs were considered to sexual for display. Now I have been known to admire a nicely shaped table leg at an antique store now and again. however, I'm quite sure that's not what Peter meant when he called Belinda a dog. What he meant was bitch. yeah and it does mean something different than calling a man a dog. That being said, It hasn't stopped me from likening him to a dog today on my blog. Not the table humping kind either, because I don't really think he's that potent or Belinda wouldn't have dropped him like a hot potato. I think he's the sit pretty and pant for your mommie kind of dog. Anyways you can see for yourself.

Ok, your mind-reading abilities aside, so what if he called her a bitch. He thinks she's a bitch, not that all women are bitches. And I've heard men called bitches as well.
If a female NDP MP called a male conservative MP a 'dick', would she, and her whole party by extention, be branded man-haters? I doubt it.
It was an inappropriate comment directed at Belinda alone.
This was an example of unparliamentary behaviour. Period.
Is this proof that conservative Canadians are misogynistic? No.
Should this form the centrepiece of the LPC's next election campaign.
