Pop ups are usually indicative of spyware or adware on your computer and NOT necessarily on the website you are visiting. I notice from the screen capture that you are running eMule which is a file sharing program that can easily carry adware such as the one you encountered. I would download Ad-Aware and Spybot and clean up your system before making these sort of accusations, could be embarassing if it turns out this was on your computer? I'm not saying it is, just make sure
