That's what so great about Canada. You can feel Quebecer and Canadian in the order you prefer.
So if some anglophones, like Antonio, feel more strongly about Canada than Quebec, good for them. If it's the other way around for Jean in Quebec city, good for him too.
Those two identities are complementary.

I have defined it so many times these past few months.
A quebecer is a person who lives in Quebec.
