Surprise Israel Has Nukes!

Who was denying this?

Oh right, the same people who denied using chemical weapons in Lebanon last summer.

**edit** Silly me, I should add that I am referring to white phosphorus, which although is a chemical that burns people, and can be fatal, it is not considered a chemical weapon.

Either way, the IDF denied using it until it was caught. **end edit**

When the Israeli Army decides to tell the truth for change, then THAT will be news.

Until then, they only make their lives more difficult in gaining sympathy for their cause.

Saying white phosphorous is a chemical weapon is like saying anything that has chemicals in it is a chemical weapon. It just isn't true.

But thats beside the point, thats an argument for 6 months ago.

Israel has a nukes. Who cares? It doesn't change the strategic balance in the region at all since everyone assumed they did anyways.

Now if they came out and said they never did have nuclear weapons, and allowed the IAEA in that would be news...

this argument is presently being used in Israel anybody but iggy.

It is being used by concerned Israelis over there as well.

In israel there is nobody calling people anti-semitic for criticizing Defense policy.

THAT is a vibrant democracy.

How is this a surprise?

The IAEA has stated outright that it believes Israel "to be a state possessing nuclear weapons"

hahaha

I suggest you scroll down through the archives and see how many times I refer to Hezbollah as a terrorist organization.

I sympathize to the Israeli cause. My point is little hiccups like this do not help the cause, but damage it.

P.S. Could you plaese encourage Mr. Coderre to quit the Liberal caucus as he promised to do if Igs didn't win. It would make the world a better place.

Denis Coderre is a valuable member of the Liberal caucus. He never said he would leave if Michael didn't succeed.

We need Denis more than ever now that we have a leader that really has problems connecting with the average Quebecer.

Long life to Denis Coderre !

Denis Coderre is hated by the Liberal Caucus because he is a bully. He needs to go. i haven't even mentioned antisemite, but he's that too. For the good of the PArty I hope he keeps his word and he did say he was going to quit. We can only hope.

He will be completely neutred now anyways, as the rest of caucus have had quite enough of him and his tactics and the Dion people aren't exacly amused. Oh yeah his tactics helped Iggy lose so I'm sure David Smith isn't real amused with him right now either. It would be best for him if he left.

He's the Karygiannis of Quebec. No one wants to go near him, hence no power or influence, which is all they are interested in. They should both quit.

Denis got his MBA from the University of Ottawa. He should stay and is a valuable member of our team.

Denis is very good in QP and in attacking the Tories on different issues.

Denis connects with the average Quebecer. The guy that reads the Journal de Montreal. I've worked with Denis and whenever he's in a public place, people are happy to see him and have a chat with him.

Stephane needs to use him as much as he can in Quebec. He's a hardworking guy.

I'll be happier if he makes Pablo Rodriguez the lieutenant.

Pablo is a fresh (enough compared to the other guys) face and in not interested in stirring problems. He will get his views across and will work together towards a common goal...saving our asses in the next election in Quebec
